Product Introduction
This portable trailer-mounted water well drilling rig series features a trailer-style design that offers excellent mobility and enables rapid transport via road to various work sites. It integrates top-drive full hydraulic technology, a high-efficiency cuttings removal system, and a highly stable drilling mast, allowing it to easily handle diverse complex geological conditions—from soft soil to hard rock formations.
As a comprehensive solution covering drilling depths from 180 to 400 meters, it provides users the flexibility to select or customize models according to specific depth and geological requirements. Whether for water well drilling, agricultural irrigation, or exploration projects, this rig is an ideal choice for achieving highly efficient and cost-effective drilling operations.

Deep Drilling, Wide Application Range
Seven models of trailer-mounted water well drilling rigs are available (covering depths from 180 to 400 meters) to meet the budget and depth requirements of your project. Core performance increases with each model, with swing torque up to 11,200 N/M and lifting force up to 25 tons, specifically designed for deep holes and hard rock formations. The equipment utilizes a 58-92 kW diesel engine, a multi-speed transmission, and a hydraulic automatic feed system, achieving efficient power matching and simplified operation, ensuring powerful drilling while maintaining energy efficiency.
Designed for Efficient Mobility and Stable Operation
This series of water well drilling rigs features a sturdy trailer-type chassis for easy towing and rapid transfer to various construction sites. Upon arrival at the site, its hydraulic outriggers quickly level the machine, providing stable support for high-intensity drilling. Combined with top drive full hydraulic technology, a complete hydraulic oil cooling system, and a 3.6-meter or 6.6-meter rig travel, the rig makes connecting and disconnecting drill pipes more convenient and faster, significantly reducing auxiliary time and improving overall operational efficiency.
Versatile Technology and Customizability
It is suitable for a variety of applications, including water well drilling, mineral exploration, and construction engineering surveys, and can handle geological formations from Grades 2 to 9 (including gravel and hard rock). Equipped with an integrated control system and remote control, the equipment is intuitive and easy to operate. To accommodate complex formations, it supports the flexible use of a mud pump for positive circulation and deslagging, or switching to an air compressor and down-the-hole hammer for hard rock impact drilling. Metallurgical or PDC drill bits can be selected as needed. The drill rig also includes interfaces for a mud pump and a welder, enabling power switching and function expansion, enabling multi-purpose use, significantly improving equipment utilization and project economics.
