Product Introduction
This 200-meter tractor-mounted water well drilling rig combines the advantages of a drilling machine and a tractor, perfectly integrating the tractor chassis with the drilling system. It offers high mobility and incorporates an air compressor for more convenient and efficient operation. Utilizing advanced hydraulic technology and Down-The-Hole (DTH) hammer drilling, the rig is equipped with high-torque hydraulic motors and large-bore hydraulic cylinders from renowned manufacturers. It delivers powerful performance, easily tackling complex geological conditions such as mountainous terrain and hard rock formations.
The rig can be flexibly configured with different chassis, drilling tools, and DTH hammers as needed. It enables casing drilling in pebble-cobble layers and high-speed rotary percussion drilling in hard rock. Widely applicable to water wells, agricultural irrigation, and geothermal drilling projects, it is a comprehensive and reliable deep-hole drilling solution.

Additionally, an optional remote-control device supports full hydraulic control, enabling flexible and convenient operation while significantly improving drilling efficiency and adaptability.

The rig delivers strong performance with a large drilling diameter range of 140-235mm and a depth capacity of 200 meters. It ensures fast penetration rates to meet deep-hole drilling demands. With an operating air pressure of 1.7-3.5 MPa, air consumption of 17-31 m³/min, rotary torque of 3500-4800 N·m, and hoisting capacity of 15 tons, it guarantees efficient drilling and stable hole completion. The tractor mobility and 30° climbing ability make it widely adaptable, particularly suitable for water extraction in mountainous areas and rock formations.
High-Efficiency & Energy-Saving Design
The equipment is powered by a multi-cylinder diesel engine (from brands like Weichai or Yuchai) with a power output of 37 kW, providing reliable energy for the hydraulic system. The two-stage air filter and compressor intake design ensure low energy consumption and high power output. Integrated electromechanical control technology enables precise adjustment of speed, torque, and feed rate, reducing energy waste. Supporting multiple drilling processes, it significantly enhances operational economy and environmental adaptability.
