Product Introduction
This tractor-style water well drill rig adopts advanced hydraulic technology and DTH (Down-The-Hole) hammer drilling technology. It is equipped with a high-torque hydraulic motor from a renowned manufacturer and large-bore hydraulic cylinders, delivering powerful performance capable of handling complex geological conditions such as mountainous areas and hard rock formations.
Combining the advantages of both a drilling rig and a tractor, it seamlessly integrates the tractor chassis with the drilling system. With high mobility and an integrated air compressor, it ensures more convenient and efficient construction.

Product Features
This 200-meter tractor-mounted drill rig features an integrated control platform for easy operation and reduced labor requirements. Its highly integrated design combines a tractor chassis with the drilling system, providing easy mobility and flexible operation. Equipped with a high-torque hydraulic motor, it easily handles complex geological conditions like hard rock and pebble-cobble layers. Additionally, an optional remote-control device supports full hydraulic control, enabling flexible and convenient operation while significantly improving drilling efficiency and adaptability.
Technical Parameter Advantages
The rig delivers strong performance with a large drilling diameter range of 140-235mm and a depth capacity of 200 meters. It ensures fast penetration rates to meet deep-hole drilling demands. With an operating air pressure of 1.7-3.5 MPa, air consumption of 17-31 m³/min, rotary torque of 3500-4800 N·m, and hoisting capacity of 15 tons, it guarantees efficient drilling and stable hole completion. The tractor mobility and 30° climbing ability make it widely adaptable, particularly suitable for water extraction in mountainous areas and rock formations.
High-Efficiency & Energy-Saving Design
The equipment is powered by a multi-cylinder diesel engine (from brands like Weichai or Yuchai) with a power output of 37 kW, providing reliable energy for the hydraulic system. The two-stage air filter and compressor intake design ensure low energy consumption and high power output. Integrated electromechanical control technology enables precise adjustment of speed, torque, and feed rate, reducing energy waste. Supporting multiple drilling processes, it significantly enhances operational economy and environmental adaptability.
