The Ghanaian gold mining belt features numerous fault zones and fractured formations, making conventional drilling prone to drill string sticking and core fragmentation. XinHao addressed this with targeted upgrades: utilizing a national patented circular four-jaw chuck to enhance drill rod stability; employing a "staged drilling + low-pressure core sampling" process; optimizing the diamond drill bit matrix hardness to HRC55; and integrating an intelligent anti-sticking system that monitors torque changes in real time and automatically adjusts drilling parameters. Field testing in the mining area showed a core recovery rate increase to 98% and a drill string sticking rate reduction to 0.3%.
Challenge 2: Equipment Adaptability in High-Temperature, Dusty Environments
Initial prototypes tested in the Ghanaian mining area experienced insufficient heat dissipation and filter clogging.
