Product Introduction
A high-efficiency drilling tool integrating rock-breaking impact and reverse circulation cuttings removal functions, widely used in large-diameter drilling operations in complex geological formations.
Its working principle involves compressed air driving an internal piston to generate high-frequency impact force, which pushes the drill bit to break the rock. Simultaneously, high-pressure airflow enters the impactor through the outer tube, driving the piston and carrying rock cuttings back to the surface through the inner tube, forming a closed, continuous reverse circulation system.
This achieves simultaneous and efficient impact and cuttings removal, ensuring rock sample integrity, avoiding contamination, and significantly improving drilling efficiency and sampling quality under complex geological conditions.
