The XinHao 1200 core drilling rig is now operating on-site in Malaysia, delivering exceptional performance for our valued clients. Designed for both efficiency and durability, this horizontal core drilling machine is ideal for geological exploration, mining, and construction projects.

Powerful Engine and Advanced Hydraulic System

Equipped with a Weichai 129 kW diesel engine (180 HP), the rig ensures stable operation under tough conditions. The hydraulic system includes a Kawasaki piston pump combined with a triple-gear pump, offering precise control for drilling operations.

The mud pump comes in two options:

• Corgi 160 with two-speed adjustable output

• Optional Elephant 150 for customized requirements

Versatile Tower and Drill Rod Configuration

The rig features a 2.4-meter mast stroke, compatible with 2-meter drill rods, with the option to extend the mast for 3-meter drill rod operation in a single stroke. The variable-speed Rexroth 160 motor allows manual speed adjustments, and the gearbox provides high and low-speed ranges, from 200 RPM (low) to 1300 RPM (high), covering all drilling scenarios.
